Omar Naji receives award from Sparkassenstiftung

Decisive reason for the decision was Omars Master thesis titled "Exploring Power and Architectures of DRAM in full-system Simulation". It emerged in a close cooperation between ARM Ltd. and the Microeletronic Systems Design Research Group. The laudation was given by Dr.-Ing. Christian Weis. We congratulate Omar and all winners of the Sparkassen award 2016.
