Martin Schultheis wins PfalzMetall Award

The Foundation of the Employers' Association of the Palatine Metal and Electrical Industry (PfalzMetall) awards the € 2,500 prize to graduates who have achieved above-average academic performance and demonstrated social competence and commitment. The prize is intended to promote and reward young scientists for outstanding achievements and attract qualified young engineers for the metalworking and electronics industries. In particular, Mr. Schultheis excellent master's thesis "An Advanced DDR3 and DDR4 Measurement Infrastructure and Investigations on the Temperature Sensitivity of DRAMs", which was created last year at the EMS Chair, was decisive for the jury's assessment. We wish Mr. Schultheis every success for the future career!
