Announcement: EIT Kolloquium with Kenneth Wright

Biography
Kenneth Wright is presently the Senior Director of Rambus Labs where his teams research interests include cryogenic and energy efficient memory subsystems, memory subsystem reliability and hybrid / heterogeneous memory. Previously he was with IBM for 18 years in positions including World Wide Memory Subsystem lead for POWER and zSeries (Mainframe) development, during which the POWER7 memory system for Watson's was developed. He also held the roles for POWER4+ and POWER5+ processor systems. He received his MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia, where he worked on the Stream Memory Controller (with the group that published the original "memory wall" paper), and his BS in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
