Promotion Chirag Sudarshan

His dissertation entitled "Processing-in-Memory DRAM Architectures for Neural Network Applications" has emerged in recent years in the context of his research work at the Department of EMS. The assessment was carried out by Prof. Norbert Wehn, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hemani (KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden) and chairman of the examination board was Prof. Dr. Gerhard Fohler.
