Research Areas

VLSI-architectures for mobile communication, forward error correction techniques, advanced SoC, reliability issues in integrated circuits, low-power techniques, transient computing, advanced memory architectures, in-memory computing, 3D integration, hardware accelerators for machine learning and big data applications, IoT. More than 300 publications at prestigious conferences and magazines.
