- Error checking and correction in 3d and 4d tracking with stereoscopic cameras for clinical applications
- Design and implementation of a tracking system with multiple mono cameras and fiducial markers (STag, AprilTag, or similar)
- Technology benchmark with micro-CT scan of TMS coils followed by further processing of the obtained data in CAD and Matlab
- Design and development of a demonstrator for AR-based neuro navigation based on a Microsoft HoloLens 2
- Construction of an active 4-quadrant spinning bike with virtual mechanical properties
