PhD from our department receives EDAA Outstanding Dissertation Award

Among more than 50 submissions in four different categories, Dr.-Ing. Matthias Jung from the Microelectronic Systems Design Research Group has won the category "New directions in system-on-chip platforms co-design, novel emerging architectures and system-level management". The selection was done by a top-ranked jury of internationally renowned professors. Dr. Jung has received the award during the DATE Conference 2018 in Dresden.

The EDAA Outstanding Dissertation Award is associated with a certificate and a prize money of 1000 €. In addition, Springer will publish the awarded dissertations in the EDAA Outstanding Monographs series.
